Our suits are made with high-quality wool blend fabrics, including silk, and must be dry cleaned only.

We accept Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Visa (including Delta and Electron), Mastercard, UK Maestro, JCB and AMEX cards. We don't accept cheques or Dinerscards.

Simply apply the discount code at the checkout to redeem the offer. Only one code may be redeemed per order with no minimum requirements unless stated. The discount code is redeemable on or before the expiry date specified.

All orders placed before 1pm will usually arrive the next day, but there may be times when packages get delayed for reasons outside of the company’s control. Please contact usif your item has not arrived in the time advised.

Your tracking details will be attached to your order form and information provided to your email address as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived on time advised, then please contact us. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible informing you of the status of your order and answering any queries you may have.

We offer FREE UK mainland next day delivery on all orders. Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please note, all orders must be placed before 1pm for 24 hour delivery service.

It is possible to change your order, but you will need to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee to change the order in the event the goods have already been dispatched. There is, however, no charge for returns, and a full refund will be issued after the goods have been received back with us.

For online purchases, Tom Percy operates a free 14 day return and exchange policy. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels still attached, fragrant-free and with no cosmetic marks. Please ensure that the returns form has been completed and the original invoice is included inside of the parcel.

Our team will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your items back with us, informing you that a refund has been issued to your original payment method. 

As soon as the items are returned to us, we will notify you and send you an exchange within 48 hours. 

We ship to Europe and the Rest of the World. All of our shipping rates are applied to your order when you checkout and usually arrive within 7 - 10 working days.
