We are constantly striving to ensure that our delivery information is as accurate and up-to-date on site, but there may be times when packages get delayed for reasons outside of the company’s control.

Orders must be made before 1PM for next day delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for
International orders also use the same reliable track & tracing system so that they can be found quickly once shipped from our warehouse in England (usually 7- 10 working days).

Tracking your item(s)
All orders are updated with the tracking details and will be attached to your order form and a notification sent by SMS/ and email. 

If your order has not arrived in the time advised
Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible to inform you of the status of your order and to answer any queries you may have. 

Change Delivery Address
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch that our customer service team can update any changes.

Return Label
All of our products will arrive with a pre-paid return label enclosed should you require a refund or exchange.

We have the right to refuse any item worn and not in brand new condition. All accompanying items, eg; suit cover, must also be returned in brand new condition and will be void of refund or exchange if received back to us in any condition other than stated in our website; this includes perfume odour, damage or worn items. Please make sure the product tags are intact and still attached to the suit.
