Delivery & Returns

We are constantly striving to ensure that our delivery information is as accurate and up-to-date on site, but there may be times when packages get delayed for reasons outside of the company’s control.

All orders are dispatched with one working day. Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays via Royal mail 48

If you require Express delivery- please choose Royal mail 24 at checkout. This must be done before 2pm. 

We will send you an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched with additional updates via email or SMS if you provide a phone number so that we can notify when it arrives at destination!

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so our customer service team can do their best to accommodate any changes.

All orders will arrive with a pre-paid Royal Mail return label enclosed in the parcel box to return your item should you require a refund or exchange.

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee, exchange or return policy.

We have the right to refuse any item worn and not in brand new condition. All accompanying items, eg; suit cover, must also be returned in brand new condition and will be void of refund or exchange if received back to us in any condition other than stated in our website; this includes perfume odour, damage or worn items. Please make sure the product tags are intact and still attached to the suit.
