                       We are constantly striving to ensure that our delivery information is as accurate and up-to-date on site, but there may be times when packages get delayed for reasons outside of the company’s control. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible to inform you of the status of your order and to answer any queries you may have. 

                      Change the delivery address
                      Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch that our customer service team can update any changes.

                      Returning your items
                      All of our item(s) will arrive with a pre-paid return label and returns form enclosed in the packaging should you require a refund or exchange. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s) back to us as long as they are not worn and in saleable condition with all the tags and labels still attached.
